HOTSCOOP's definition is: The ability to provide sustenance to ourselves and our family through God given natural resources. We believe that a food system which promotes home or locally grown produce and grass fed/finished meats is a system that is healthy, smart, humane, & environmentally sound. Our goals: To make locally grown "good for you" food convenient To support local farmers, ranchers, & growers To build awareness of current food practices To make sustainability a viable choice for everyone To build community gardens in our cities, at churches, libraries, & schools And so much more!
